Prices are in HUF. The price includes the private use of all amenities of the apartment, bedding, sheets, towels, and appliances of the kitchen (including tea and coffee). It also includes a free parking slot within the property, and usage of the common swimming pool (weather dependent).
Kindly make sure to complete the bank transfer right after booking (30% as reservation fee), as your booking will be kept only for 48 hours without having the payment arrive. You need to transfer the remaining 70% at least before 14 days of your expected day of arrival. In case of not received payment within time, your booking will be deleted, the cancellation policy applies, therefore the 30% reservation fee will act as a penalty.
If you cancel within more than 14 days of arrival, we will keep the 30% reservation fee (paid at the time of reservation) as a penalty.
If you cancel within less than 14 days of your arrival, the whole paid amount will act as a penalty, we are not able to refund you.
You are required to pay 30% of the full amount within 48 hours of the booking.
You need to provide your personal information regulated by Act 235/2019 (x. 15.) of the Hungarian Government.
Usual check in time is 14.00 pm. In case you would like to check in earlier, please contact us beforehand and we will check for the possibility (earlier check-in means plus fee).
Usual check-out time is 10.00 am. If you would like to stay longer, please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand, and we will check the possibility (later check out means plus fee).
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed on the premises of the apartment.
Yes, guests need to pay 40.000 HUF / 100 EUR as a security deposit. In case of no damage in the apartment, this deposit will be paid back within 3 days of the guests date of departure.

In order to ensure the tranquility of guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music in the apartments between 10:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m.
